Recently, I checked my credit report I found that NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS claimed that I did not pay Reliant Energy Retail Service for $436. They claimed that the service from from June to July 2008. I have used Stream Energy for my house for the last 3 years constinuosly. I always paid my electrical bill on time with Stream Energy. This is fraud....

I checked with Reliant Energy, They said that I did not own them any money. NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS is a fraud company. I would like all people to be aware that......
