I have played on Neopets for several years, never once cheated, and helped newbies on the site. I tried premium for one year then canceled the subscription. The next month, my account was frozen for buying/selling neopoints. I can only suppose they mean pying $8 a month to them to get their service. I have been trying for nearly 2 years to have this cleared up and cannot even get the evidence they have from the BBB becuase I can't list every item I had in my SDB. There are over 1000 things in it!

Do YOU have any proof on this is why you were frozen? If not, it is not right of you to post a rip off report stating that they did something without any proof.
