I was trying to sign up for direct depoit with Net spend.  They issues me a card in my maiden name.  Which is wrong.  So trying to direct deposit my funds in my married name.  Net spend sdaid they would have to reject the funds.  

The first repesentative I spoke with told me the funds will go back to my payroll company within 3 days.  After the third business day I called Net spend back and know NETSPEND is telling me that when funds are rejected it will take 5 to 6 business days.  I can not wait for NETSPEND to do this.

 They are a JOKE and I should have listened to my husband and never tried to sign up with this card in the first place.  NETSPEND is a scam and a JOKE!!!  They are a rip off

Meta bank Jefferson net spend many more cards Ripped of.f never had a net spend or meta bank card or a Jefferson card. now trying to sue me for some idinity thief so I will play hardball. A ELITE net Spend AceEliteCard AceEliteCard-talk to several rep. regarding a negative balance on my debit credit card with Ace. Manager,Ms. Jess I.D. #787716 spoke to on 01/04/2015,that I should had money left on my credit card, not any negative balance, I explain to her that I did not do any other transaction,( look at $123.00? when I took $80.00 from that. I couldn't get anymore money off card, waited the next day on Sat morning when I wass told by another rep. that I had a negative balance and did not get anymore money off card after that It would not allowed me.I ask to get a copy of my transaction, they said I have to pay for a copy, but also I get transaction on my cell phone every time money is deposit on my credit card (drom SSi SSDI) or when money is withdrawl, spent etc. from them. This iseems to be some mistake on their part, and asked that they removed me from their Data Base and not take any money off my account, and want them to reinburst me my money that is owed to me. Net Spend The company purchased 6 cards and preloaded them for awards to be given to students for a saftey activity. When the students tried to activate the cards they were told they neded to send copies of thier birth certificates, SS Card, and DL. They would not let them use teh cards with teh money we placed on them, would not refund the money and we can't return the cards. All numbers called go to the same place. Internet
