Netbank ripoff deceptive company outlandish ripoff late fees Alpharetta Georgia

I am writing because I decided to try an online company called Netbank. After sending in my $50.00 minimum starting deposit, they sent me my checks, bank card and everything I needed to start my banking with them. I sent in another small deposit and then needed to write a check. I wrote my check and it came back to the company as NSF, the company I wrote my check to sent the check in again (without me knowing) and the check returned NSF again.

So I was charged a $25.00 fee by that company, then went to look up my account and I was charged two $25.00 NSF fees by Netbank. Come to find out Netbank holds any new customers deposit for 9 days untill they are a customer for 30 days. It is written somewhere in their "disclosures". So while Netbank had this money the whole time they decide to bounce my check twice which sent my account into a negative balance.

So I still decide to use them as my bank and send my whole paycheck in for almost $900.00 (my account is only overdrawn $14.00) by this time my account is over 30 days so I should be fine, right? No, my funds are being held again and this time it is because I have an overdrawn account. I called and was placed on hold many times untill I finally talked to a supervisor who I very politely asked, as a courtesy to a new customer who wasn't very satisfied, to release this hold. All I was told was no, no, no. I am a single mother who lives paycheck to paycheck and I truely believe this is company that does not care about their customers and is a complete rip off.
