I went to this website and tried to order a birthday present for my grandson but the discount promo code would not work so after about 8 attemps I just clicked on Paypal and did the checkout. The payment went through and then it changed the shipping address to my office which is 30 miles away and I cannot drive anymore due to physical condition. I called Newegg within 2 mins of the order being placed and they told me they could not change the shipping address and the guy was very rude and I told him that I needed to cancel the order then. After 1 hr and 27 mins and being transferred from 3-4 people claiming to be supervisors they told me I was basically out. They even hung up on me after I asked to be transferred to the coporate office. So I found someone at the corporate office and still nothing has changed and I am basically out. I really hate to file a complaint but people need to know that buying from this website newegg.com you are risking a very bad experience like I am going through and if you have a problem then you will have to deal with very rude people that will not help you. Their website is very misleading and it looks like deceptive trade practice and they should be fined because the wording is very misleading and not true. BEWARE OF NEWEGG.COM
