on December 19th 2014 I ordered a gigabyte 290 X. when I got the card I used it for 2 days then decided that I didn't want the card and that I wanted to buy something bigger and better so I put it back in the box and I returned it. I didn't cut anything off the box didn't remove any labels off of the PC board or the card. when they received the item they said that they can not honor the warranty it's been voided because somebody half way removed the serial numbers. now if you deal in computers or build your own computer you know that she remembers your everything UPC codes are important so why would I remove the serial number but they say that since its ripped and have removed then they can order the warranty. so I get stuck with the product that I can't use at least until they return it to me if they return me one that's not broken hence the torn off.I also purchased the extended warranty just to make sure that it was fully covered which is stated in there in their policies and and now I'm stuck. my name is Brian I live in California in Redwood City California
