NewSub Magazine Services ripoff by identity theft Stamford Connecticut

I have been spending a lot of time contacting visa company, Customer Service of TIME and corresponding with "unscribe" of FORBES by email. I discovered unauthorized charges to my visa account for TIME and FORBES in September, 2005.

Today I managed to get the name and address of the alleged "magazine agency" which made the unauthorized subscription.

Just to see if NewSub Magazine Services, Stamford, CT has anything on Yahoo search, I entered the name of NewSub Magazin Services, Stamford, CT. Lord behold! It's not just me. There are so many out there who were hit by this company. Again, like many others, somehow they stole my visa card number and entered subscription for TIME and FORBES.

Did anyone file a complaint for such an incident as an identity theft to US attorney general or FTC? And if so, how was the result? I am very anxious to hear about it.
Is there any movement for a class action? Such a fraudulant involving a theft of identity should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
