I purchased tickets with Ticketmaster.com on May 4, 2006. Before completing the purchase a step in the orderform asked if I would like a three month trial with two of the five chosen magazines. Stating that this was a risk free no charge trial subscription that ended after three months, I selected Time and Entertainment Weekly. I then completed and purchased the tickets online.
The magazines started to arrive at the end of May begining of June. Letters of subscribing to these magazines also came in the mail but were thrown away in knowing this was trial subscription and I did not want to continue.
On June 27,2006 a charge of $49.00 and $39.00 showed up on my credit card statement described as "EW" and "TIME". Without giving NewSub Magazine Services LLC my credit card numbers they were able to charge me for a "risk free,no charge trial subscription". It hasn't been three months of the trial and I was never informed if I wanted the service to be cancelled or continue.
Not knowing of who charged my credit card I started calling. I called Ticketmaster who told me to call EW/Time. They told me to call a phone number of NewSub Magazine Services LLC. I reached a voice automated system that wouldn't cancel and refund, but stop delivering and charge less for a differnt magazine.
I finally browsed the internet only to find fraudulent, scam, and rip-off blog type sites about this company. In doing so one of the complaint sites had a customer service phone number. I contacted NewSub Magazine Services LLC and told them to immediately refund my crdit card.
NewSub Magazine Services LLC is a fraudulent company. They get into purchases online with your credit/debit card numbers and offer risk free, no charge trial subscritions. Then charge you without consent or kwowing.

Once again I look on my credit card statement on July 12,2006 and notice another charge for a magazine. The magazine is Food and Wine and have yet to recieve one at my residence even though they said I ordered it May 4. Worrying of more fraud charges I immeditly called the number I have written down for this pupose.
I contact NewSub Magazine Services and state that I can't believe you charged me for another magazine when I requested cancellation to the first person I talked to. I now check my account daily for this company. The description on my statement for public knowledge is TWX*KHLL49*. Please look out for that.
Now I have read some rebutals from people's reports on NewSub Magazine Services. I don't care if they work eight hours, five days a week. I don't care if they tell me about supossed "fine print". If they work for a fraudulent company that takes peoples credit card numbers and messes up our lives; they deserve worse.
