I recieved an offer for the G700 flashlight at 75% off. I called the alleged i-phone number and was connected to an automatic answering machine giving 4 different choices. I got a salesman named "Dave" and asked for a description of the product, and, thinking it was legit, ordered one at the stated price of $56. They e-mailed a recipt showing the charge and it stated that the product would be shipped in 3 to 5 business days.

After seeing no activity on my charge account and after 6 days I called them back. I was told that the product would be shipped in 10 to 14 days. I told them that that contradicts their e-mailed recipt. They said they would look into it

Then I googled NGOA and found this site with many complaints against this company. I also saw that there was an additional charge on my credit card for 50 cents. I called my bank, they did a bit of research and informed me that the charge is for an out-of-country charge. My bank account statment had the letters, MU, after the phone number associated with this company. I came to find out that NGOA or Lumitact is in the town of Mauritius, East Africa!

Beware folks! I immidiatly had my bank clost the account number on my card to prevent further charges. I only hope this charge doesn't "flag" me on a national security alert or something of that nature. I guess that befoer I order anything over the phone or online I should do a little research to verify the legitimacy of the companies I do business in the future.

Kind of makes me feel foolish.

NGOA Order

AUTHOR: University of Guns - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 09, 2016

Hello,

I apologize for the delayed response. Mauritius, East Africa is the location of our credit card processing merchant. When orders are placed, there is an "Merchant company" that has to process that payment. This is why you say MU on your statment and also why there was an additonal .50 cent charge. The .50 cent charge was an international transaction fee that our merchant charged you to process the payment. Since our Merchant is in South Africa, any United States transaction is charged an international fee.  Were you refunded for the product that you did not receive?

Thank you,

Niki- Customer Service Support Specialist Supervisor @ Lumitact

Country of charge

The reason for the reference to the east African comment is due to my bank identifying the charge and subsequent payment was originating in the country of Mauritius, East Africa. My bank charges 50 cents for a charge originating from out-of-country payments. The charge originated from that country. Either that, or, the phone number listed is run through those channels. I stand on the accuracy of my bank and their accuracy sooner than I can with you or your company. Plus, I saw all the reports against your company, Plus the way I was treated by the personel that handle the phone calls. Unprofessional and evasive when asked questions pertaining yo the order status and shipping information. It clearly stated on the on-line recipt your company submitted that product will ship in 3 to 5 days. The person, (Dave), who was my first contact with your company also stated  it would be shipped in 3 to 5 days. When I asked the, third time I called, to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for quite a while only yo be told 10 minutes later that no manager was available at the time.

Hello,

I just wanted to update you on some things regarding your report. On average it takes 10-15 business days (not including weekends/holidays) to receive an order. Unfortunately we fell behind during the month of December but as of Mid january all items have been shipped out and we our shipping out within 3-5 business days. I'm unclear on how your statement stated we are in Africa as we are located in Saint Charles Missouri and our Merchant is based in Canada. Your account should have stated NGOA or Universityofguns for the transaction. This company is in no way a scam but we did fall behind during the holiday which is why during the 3 years our company has been active that most of the issues are revolving around the month of December. We apologize for any inconvenience.
