 In April I discovered that NGOA was doing a monthly grab from my bank account, for some promo I had ordered,. I called raised hell and got a refund. I thought I was done with them. My daughter just informed me of a recurring payment from our joint account which when I investigated I discovered that in May of the same year they just resumed deducting payments. NGOA says I ordered a whistle, then a 2nd for 1 dollar which if I did not tell them no committed me to 24 payments of 38.60. This turns out to be 926 dollars. I also would have had to be signing up for this fraud while I was fighting to get my refund in April to hit the May payment date. I have no whistle, did not order one much less 2 and I do not own a gun so have no reason to be in a gun buying club.

NGOA then gave me the song and dance that "click bank" which has been taking the 38.60 for 24 months will only refund back 90 days, but they offered me a life membership for what I had already paid. I made the case that click bank did not have my 926 dollars they did and so they could refund it. The supervisor I spoke with "Nikki" maintained they had no0 way to do a refund other than throuh "Click Bank"I maintained that they could issue a refund if they would, asked what I had gotten for my 926 dollars to which she replied i got membership in a ammo and gun buying club, which I have NO use for, nor the whistle which I don't have. She then said if I was defrauded I needed to contact Pay Pal. I then challenged her that NGOA would still have my money and if I got the amount covered by one of banking institutions other people would pay for their greed and fraudulent activities
