North American Bancard Pay Anywhere, Phoneswipe Ripoff, Scam, Michael Beauregard, Mike Beauregard Troy Nationwide

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the thieves known as Pay Anywhere, Michael Beauregard, and North American Bancard.  

Recently I reached out to North American Bancard and unfortunately was connected with a Michael Beauregard.  Boy, did I not know what was about to happen when I was connected with this gentleman.

Michael Beauregard sold me on an account that included a free tablet, cash drawer and printer as well as a mobile card reader for my new business.  He stated that I would only have to pay a fee of $12.95 per month for the service and 1.69% for all transactions that were swiped.  I specifically asked if there was any minimum or annual fees and he said no, it was just the 13.00 a month.

Flash forward 1 month and I am billed over 70 dollars in fees on top of my processing.  After speaking with a WONDERFUL customer service representative (Amy) she explained that there is a minimum on the account.  If you even process even 1 penny below $5000 in a month, Pay Anywhere and North American Bancard charge you 39 dollars more.  On top of that the total monthly fee is 32.90 because of the equipment I received for "free" as well as a 79 dollar per year "licensing fee"

I thanked the representative for clarification and recontacted Michael Beauregard to find out why he lied to me about getting this account set up.  He imidiately went on the defensive.  He claimed it was all there in writing and that him and his company was legitimate.  Michael Beauregard and Pay Anywhere are so legitimate that they bury the fees in small print and the sales representative smoothly walks you through the application so it is over looked.  

Michael Beauregard and North American Bancards are thieves who are just looking for any way to make a quick buck.  Do everything in your power to stay away from this company or if you must do business with them, this sales representative.
