A contract from North American Bancard is inaccurate because I never opened an account with them. I am requesting that they remove the outstanding balance from my credit report. I had sent North American Bancard a letter asking them to remove the outstanding balance from my credit report, but I have not received a response from them. I also sent them copies of the contract that shows that my father Sung Yol Yun signed a contract with them, not me.

My father, Sung Yol Yun was the one who signed the contract with North American Bancard. He signed the contract on February 29, 2010. My dad Sung had a terrible experience with North American Bancard because he never got a chance to use the credit card machine since the business was very slow, and eventually the business closed down in June 2010. Sung spoke to Oscar, a North American Bancard representative, in lettting him know that he did not use the credit card machine and that he ended up closing the furniture business; therefore he no longer needed North American Bancard services. Since Sung never used the credit card machine, it was never activated. After speaking to Oscar, a North American Bancard representative #15865, he agreed that he would pick up the equipment and he would email Sung the documents to cancel his services. Oscar also told Sung that he would reimburse all the charges that were made to the account since he never used North American Bancard Services. Sung waited a few days for Oscar's email, but he never e-mailed the documents to cancel his services with North American Bancard. Sung called Oscar and left messages, but Oscar never returned his calls. Therefore, Sung decided to put a stop payment to North American Bancard. It didn't make sense for Sung to continue his services with North American Bancard if his furniture business closed down.

I am very upset how unprofessional North American Bancard has been in handling this situation.
