North Shore Agency Inc ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Westbury New York

Have been receiving bills from NSA Inc saying that I ordered something from OXMOOR HOUSE and my account had been turned over to NSA Inc for collection. I have in the past ordered from Oxmoor House but, no where on the bills did it mention WHAT I ordered, just the price. When I tried to access the website on the bill, it said I did not have authorization.

When I called the phone number on the bill and entered the required access code, it said the code was invalid. SO, I copied both bills, sent a letter to NSA mentioning ALL of the above, and low and behold, I received a letter back saying "your dispute has been acknowledged and your account will be removed from out active collection file...your credit will not be affected by us as a result of this matter...as far as we are concerned, this metter is now closed".

My guess is they rely on people who get a bill and automatically pay it, thinking they must have ordered it at some point and it slipped their mind.
