Nova guaranteed credit card service would interface with our software but it has not and Nova has not reimbursed monthly fees as promised

On December 9, 2013 Mr Lance Black of Nova Merchant Services sold us credit card processing that he guaranteed would interface with our propriety in house software. He made these statements both verbaly and in emails corespondences.

He further guaranteed our company would be reimbused all costs associated with the initiation of this service if it failed to integrate.  I advised him at the time that our system was proprietary and only one company semed able to interface with our software.

After multiple attempts over the next 6 months the interface was never successful.  We continued to only use our old processor and di not make any charges except to test the interface. I have now accrued associated charges in excess of 1200.00 that has not been reimbursed. I have made several attempts to recoup our losses to no avail. Lance Black will not respond to emails.  I was forced to add addition charges to block the monthly transaction fees.  Nova appears to work in conjunction with Payprotec and an equipment leasing company.  i simply wish to recoup my expenses and return their equipment but can get no adequate response.  i possess several audio recordings and emails to support my claim.

Avoid Nova and Payprotec like the plague
