 I took this company's trail offer. I was NOT told it was for 14 days and was NEVER given return instructions . Now I have been charged a huge amount. Customer service has agreed to a 40% refund but that is just not right. Waiting 6 to 8 business days to see it I get my partial refund. . .

Nova Skin Sciences LTD I ordered the skin trial and paid the postage. I tried to cancel the subscription. They couldn't find my name anywhere. I have now received and been charged for another jar of the cream. How can I turn this off, if they can't find my name in their files? I want to stop it!!

Nova skin sciences I ordered Allumeire and Niuvella on a trial basis. I cannot use the product it breaks my face out. Next thing I know 2 weeks later they took $211.00 out of my bank account. I have emailed and no one has emailed me back. I looked up their terms and conditons and found a telephone number which they do not put on their webpage. the gentleman on the phone told me that they have no records of me and they don't even sell those 2 products. He told me to contact my bank and let them know and that they also have a complaint and investigation going. the name of that company is truth and beauty. it doesn't say where they are located Nationwide
