NSBA RIP OFF CREDIT CARD SCAM CATHEDRAL CITY California

In late oct.2006 or early Nov. 2006 a agent named Kelly at ext 2218 of The national small business alliance (NSBA) called and basically promised my business a credit card American Express to be exact with a 8000.00 credit limit.They required a set up fee 149.00. A few days later I received some kind of membership kit with discounts at business instead of a credit card.I immediately called and cancelled and got a cancellation number and letter saying it was cancelled and i would be receiving a full refund. That was 3 months ago and after numerous calls, on hold for hours, rude people and empty promises I still have not gotten my refund.This is a pure 100% scam rip off going on daily and nothing can be done to stop them.The manager Dennis Mario has a e mail address for any problems but I have gotten no response from my email to him.
