Paid 2/28/11 $5,000 to settle reposessed Chevy Uplander with 3 repeating payments 3/4/11 $250.00, 4/4/11 $250.00 and 5/411 $250.00. Paid as agreed - no letter of settlement and have bank statemens to show monies paid and Nuvell continues to send me to collections.
