Still against law

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 02, 2015

The grace period is an allowed period therefore it is not reported as a late payment I have tried several times to get due date switched and they refuse because they say my payments are never late. My complaint is with the phone calls. It is against the law to repeatedly call someone, they are skirting it by not leaving a message. That was the point of complaint.

YOU fail to make payments on time, every time as you PROMISED you would do when you signed the contract.  As such, YOU turned on the collections machine but its all THEIR FAULT, right?

Do you want to turn "OFF" the collections machine YOU turned "ON"?  Then do something very unusual...pay your bills ON TIME.  It works EVERY time!

Oh yes, let me save you the effort.  Don't bother writing back, "you must work for them"...because I don't!

I see your problems

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

I see your problem...you aren't paying your bills on-time.

You see you have no "grace period".  You have a period of time between your DUE DATE and the date they access late fees, that many will refer to a "grace period".  However, it does not take away the fact that if you do not make your payment by your DUE DATE you are considered LATE.  So you want the phone calls to stop make your payment on-time.

Just a few other issues.  Your payment is not concidered paid until they receive it.  So if by chance you are thinking sticking a check in the mailbox counts as being paid...wrong.  It takes several more days to actually receive it.  So if you are playing with this "grace period" it may be possible that you are truly late.
