Nuvell Did not honor contract Little Rock Arkansas

 I had a five year contract with Nuvell where I not only paid the amount of the loan but I also paid a considerable amount of interest. Two weeks after paying my five year contract I called the company and asked about my title and the lady told me it is in the mail. I took her at her word and did not follow through with checking on it and 3 years later I find out not only did they not  send my title but  I still have a lean against it. There should be something I could do about this.
