I have just noticed on my phone bill, with Qwest, a company called Privasafe. I am being billed $14.95 twice. Once for Privasafe saying they are providing a residential email, and another time for Enhanced Service and Billing Inc. (ESBI).

I think this has been going on since I signed up for DSL service with a local ISP. I have never signed up for ANY email service ever. Why would anyone pay $29.90 per month for a service that one already has, and is free worldwide? Privasafe is a rip-off company, and I will follow this to the very bitter end.

I am disabled, and must count each and every penny. These are vultures that deserve only some face time with either their victims, a federal judge, or both.
