After 5 years of hell, forced place insurance, foreclosures, lost payments, 1 month I got over 14 statements with different amounts. I refinanced a month ago and thought I was rid of the Evil Empire. I have always paid my own taxes, they even sold them at the sheriff sale once, Owcen has never shown any intrest in paying them ever. Ocwen gave the title company a pay off. The new lender paid the taxes and a payoff check was sent to Ocwen. Guess what? Ocwen decided they were going to pay taxes. So now I have a deed recorded with the new title company, but ocwen won't accept the chceck from the title company and wants another $1100.00. If you have Loan with Ocwen you might as well burn your house down because you'll never be free of The Evil Empire.

I paid the tax money on monday , yesterday I get a letter they have placed forced placed insurance on my home again , they don't even have a mortgage on me any more ?

I don't think anything they do surprises me anymore. They are adamant about the fact we are 2 months behind, even tho I have proof we're not, so we can't refi.
I hate this company, and they get worse every day.
