Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC. Ocwen approved me for HARP and after doing all paper work refused to give letter for closing West Palm Beach Florida

 Ocwen approved me for HARP program, I was working with 1st Allaince mortgage co. to do HARP they got the approval may 7,2014 we started all the paper work got approved had appraisal done on our home at 1407 n highland parkway round lake beach , il 60073 and had new loan number, and amount i was  going to pay. When 1st Alliance called Ocwen to get letter to verify number they refused to give them letter so we could close on new loan they said just forget it. I did everything that they asked and they sold home right from under me , also i live in lake county il and they did everything in ccok county il not even fair. We had court date june 5,2014 went to court and was told my case would even be called that the judge in cook county had already signed off on my case. Ocwen did not serve me with court papers by sheriff they claim they sent papers by mail, i only received two one on the day court was to be held and it was at 9.00 am., and i got it after 3.00 pm. . second notice for june 5,2014 and went and sat in court from 8:30 that i got to court till  12:00 noon could not and was told could not talk to judge to show all 140 pages of HARP that i had from 1st Alliance. Ocwen should be sued for giving false hope to home owner that have lost alot already.I lost my job company closed with no notice to worksNot fair ocwen to take advantgage of customers.
