The so-called people at Ocwen are absolutely the worst kind of scum that you could ever imagine. I don't know you at all but I have no doubt that you are by times the better person than they could ever wish be, even on their best of days. We all certainly need more good and honest people like yourself around here, and by-far much less of them.

So that said, if anyone should dare to be planning an early departure from this life, especially after considering the fact that it is they who have turned it into a nightmare for so many just to satisfy their own lustful greed. There's no doubt that it should be they who are prepared to leave.

After all I'm quite sure that there are many here and elsewhere who would be more than willing to give them any assistance they may need in speeding their well deserved departure. Besides, when it comes to scum like that yesterday isn't soon enough. But it's the thought that counts. So Kristine please remember they are the lowlife deadbeats, not you. You deserve to be happy!

Again this is just my own opinion regarding the scum at Ocwen.

Thanks for trying to help, but I recovered from bankruptcy in 2004. And refinancing through Ocwen was my first step in rebuilding my credit. Sad that I didn't know about this website before I signed on. Do you know what agency I contact regarding getting out of this mortgage. Keep in mind that financially I can't afford to pay for legal services. Thanks again. This Christmas is going to be depressing!

There's no reason you should be suicidal over your finances. Get help through an attorney. Get a new start. If you can't afford an attorney, you can file the paperwork yourself...there are plenty of websites offering assistance. Make sure you get one within your state. The mortgage company and collectors will not go away unless YOU take control of the situation.
