We are haveing a terrible time getting out of our mortgage loan with these guys!!! We have been trying to refinance our loan for over a month now and can get no cooperation from anyone at this nonenlish speaking company!! We started off with Delta funding, who then sold our loan to Ocwen and have had nothing but anxiety andstress and problems since. From late fees to being thrown into a forbearance agreement without out consentor notification for something that never happened to the most recent being we money gramed them 1048.80 on 12/22/2005 and it has yet to be posted to our account. Not to mention the fact that they dont have record of it!!! Now we have to keep calling them and waiting on hold up to 1 hour at times to get no satisfaction from anyone. Never Has anyone had so much trouble getting out of a loan. All we want is to refinance and get away from these people. I would very much like to join a class action suit against them.

Whether it's OCWEN or someone else, they just don't do a forbearance agreement because they feel like it. You had to be down a few months on your mortgage for that to even have been considered.
You didn't mention how they are stopping you from refinancing, if it's becuase of a false forbearance then you should be able to dispute that with the credit bureaus!
