In 2000 Ocwen took our house and slapped a large judgement against us. To date they are the owners of the property. But they are not paying the taxes and claim we are the owners and living in the house. The taxes are over $8000 to date. The house is either a illegal rental or has squaters in it. I found out that Ocwen was looking into our credit report at the end of the year. Looking for another house to take? Looking to attach the taxes? Anyone know why after six years Ocwen would be looking into our credit? You all should get a copy of your credit report and dont be supprised if Ocwen sneaks in under another Mortgage comp name! They tried that and the credit reporting corps removed Ocwen! What happen to the class action lawsuit that was aired on CBS news? Is there still a lawsuit?
