Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Purchased a charger for my computer from Office Max when the one that came with it died. Unfortunately the replacement that I purchased at Office Max has ceased working. Went to Office Max today to exchange it and the blew me off.
Basically, I was told that Office Max has no liability for the products they sell, despite that fact that the until came with a 2 year guarantee.
My suggestion--Do not purchase any electronics at Office Max as apparantly, they do not provide any after sale support or service!!!

If NOT, why haven't you contacted the mfr for your 2 year guarantee?
BTW, what is the "until" that came with a 2 year guarantee?
