Office Max Horrible CS, buy something and the extended warenties and then they act like you do not exist. Don't count on them doing anything for you , and don't count on good in home service. RIP OFF, and do not stand up to what they say or do. New Berlin Wisconsin

I bought a new pc with Windows 7 HP and Dell monitor, the set up from office max was great but the inhome set up went horrible. They brought in someone who has his own business and does not usually do inhome set ups and did half of it by and without me present and did it so fast I could not follow a bit of what he was doing and he never explained a thing despite my asking him to slow down.

He was doing all kinds of setting changes that should not have been done and said he only took this job as it was 5 min from his home and he normally did not do this kind of work. DUH.....we have been communicating and he said he would come over if needed well he did remotely access my pc to change things that did not need to be changed.

He had no idea of what Note was nor office, nor liked Mcafee and told me to uninstall it and install avast free vs...???

I got an error on outlook and he had no idea of what to do with it so I called the store and talked to a tech and they knew exactly what to do and I did it and it's fixed. Had I not done it, my outlook could have crashed.

I liked the store but the problems i  were more with the installer than the store, but the store kept saying when I called call the installer, they did not want to take responsibility for an $1800 purchase at all. 

Now I need to pay to have someone come out and work with me on this and make sure my settings are where they should be.
