Old Republic Home Protection Company Don't pay their claims ripoff San Ramon, California

We bought the home warranty policy because the realtor suggested it since we had bought a new home. Twice, we have submitted a claim and twice they have come up with a incredibly weak excuse not to pay. More recently our central vacuum broke. They wanted an exact estimate for an approval. I could not get an exact estimate without actually doing the work. We had the work done, then it was no longer an authorization, but an approval.

Bottom line they are "Denying all claims." It is a scam. They are a ripoff. I would strongly recommend anyone NOT to deal with these people.
