Mona, that's what the written policy is for.

It IS the agreement between customer and company.
Explaining it so that we're SURE the customer understands everything, really means nothing. The customer would then come back and say they were misled by the agent and they lied to them.
Notice, the OP did NOT come back and explain why the claim was denied.
In fact the OP is pretty close to illiterate. I can see how they would be confused, addled and dazed.
People need to take responsibility for their own actions and not try to shift blame or responsibility to others. Failing to take responsibility dooms you to the same mistakes time after time after.......

Whoever is selling the insurance in case you get layed off needs to be sued! OneMain should be held accountable because we the consumer are less knowledgeable then OneMain is on financial situations and OneMain should make sure the consumer understands the rules of the insurance.

So, what's the Ripoff?

Did they violate any of the terms of your signed agreement?
Did YOU fail to live up to the terms of said agreement....for whatever reason?
Why would they be dumb enough to give you the title on a car THEY own?
That would be a very poor business practice.
Why, did your insurance NOT pay, it's hard to tell from your posting?
Are you saying THEY Ripped you off too?
I just don't see any Ripoff here at all.
