One Stop Auto car without clutch ripoff not doing the hydraulic cylinder needed, fraudulantly added other work while clutch unooperable, has refused liability Las Vegas Nevada

The car was towed to said shop without clutch working. The job request was to make the car OPERABLE(with a clutch).

The car is equipped with hydraulic master & slave cylinders, hence, the clutch is inoperable without these.

The shop completely tore down the clutch, rebuilt it, asked for a MERE $800, THEN, asked for another $270 for the cylinder to be put in---their words,"on rivets" & "weak".

They did not replace the hydraulic system FIRST!! ($40 & $50 parts in the automotive store)--to make the clutch OPERABLE, then proceed with other issues. They also wanted $80 for a possible 5 min.-pop-in-pop-out $3.00 freezeplug job(understandably they were @ the torndown site)and called and listed other jobs needed to be done with NO connection with the CLUTCH.

They were to repair the "front door", and in their process to build up expenses, repaired the "back door" and then proceeded to ask for more money to fix the "front door" issues.

The car was to be picked up. I wrote out the check for my friend(his car is whom we are talking about). We were driving home FROM THE SHOP, and the CLUTCH WENT TO THE FLOOR---now INOPERABLE; which means THE CAR is inoperable. The shop refused any liability and wanted more money for the said slave cylinder.

I have canceled the check and we are in a hole to enter another tow-repair shoop to check for proper repairs @ well @ being threaatened because of nonpayment(& no vehicle). Due to the site of this repair, we are unsure whether the car was repaired.

There were also NO parts shown or given back to the owner.
