RECEIVED CALL FROM ONECLICKCASH DEMANDING PAYMENT FOR MONEY THAT THEY CLAIMED I OWED THEM. I DON'T OWE THEM ANY MONEY AND I CHECKED ONLINE AND FOUND OUT THEY ARE INVOLVED IN FRAUD AND FORGERY. THEY MAKE CONTRACTS AND OFFER TO LOAN MONEY, THEN TAKE FROM BANK ACCOUNTS EXCESSIVELY. I'M RECEIVING CONSTANT CALLS AND NOW RECEIVING CALLS FROM AN ATTORNEY IN TOWANDO, NY SAYING THAT HE IS FILING A LAW SUIT CLAIM AGAINST ME. TO MY KNOWLEDGE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FUNDS FROM THIS COMPANY BUT THEY INSISTED THAT I HAVE AND HAVE MY SIGNATURE. I HAVE NO PAPERWORK ON MY SIGNATURE AND DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO PROVE. THEY CHARGE EXCESSIVE INTEREST RATES AND I DON'T NEED A LOAN FROM THEM. I'VE ASKED FOR PROOF OF SIGNATURE AND PAPER PROOF AND THEY WILL NOT FURNISH IT. HOW CAN I GET THESE PEOPLE TO STOP BOTHERING ME WITH THREATS AND FILING LAW SUITS? YOU CANNOT TALK WITH THEM AS THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF YOU TRY TO TELL THEM THAT YOU DON'T OWE ANY MONEY TO THEM, THEY CURSE AND THREATEN YOU AGAIN AND AGAIN.
I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA AND I DID NOT THINK THESE TYPE COMPANIES WERE EVEN LEGAL TO CONTACT PEOPLE LIVING IN NORTH CAROLINA. NC HAS OUTLAWED CERTAIN PAYDAY LOAN SHARKS AND RAN THEM OUT OF NC ALREADY, SO HOW CAN I MAKE ONECLICKCASH UNDERSTAND THAT NC ATTORNEY GENERAL WOULD NOT BE VERY HAPPY TO HEAR ABOUT THEIR UNLAWFUL PRACTICES IN THIS STATE?

first thing is, oneclickcash does not sue anyone. if an attorney is calling you he is probably calling you about something else or is lying.
second, they can call north carolina. payday loans could be illegal in 48 states but as long as it isn't illegal in nebraska. they can call you and do business with you. it is over the internet so it's just like if you drove to Nebraska and got it. they also have it stated in the contract you agree to abide by their state laws, etc
third, you said you never took out the loan. If you didn't take out the loan or receive any money then someone did. they have a fraud department there. if it is fraud then file a police report for id theft and make sure oneclickcash is included and fax it to them. if you are mad about fees or whatever else then tell me and I will tell you what to do.
fourth, their website is www.oneclickcash.com. there are 3 different departments but call 800.410.9419 and speak to someone there. if they can't help then ask that person for the customer service number. if you need to request any info you have to do it by mail or you can pull it up on the website. make sure if you mail it someone signs for it. their address is 52946 highway 12, suite 3, Niobrara, NE 68760
last, be nice to them and they will help you. if you are rude they will be right back to you and will not help you
