OneMain Financial Misrepresentation of services Blue Ash Ohio

I went to this comapny about a year ago to try and consolidate my bills. During the process for the loan, the companies representative offered me one of their programs (it's not theirs it managed by someone else) that would pay my deductable if I got into an accident. When it was o (yes us) and we will ffered, I asked the following question:

• Do I need to pay first and then I get my money back? Answer no. You notify us and we will file the claim for you

I'm thinking "good deal".

Here is the real skinny on this. I called in this morning and told them I had an accident over the weekend. They gave me a number to call to file a claim. I knew I was in trouble at that point because it was not what their rep had explained. I called the number, the lady KAE, tells me that they reimburse me and that it takes up to 30 days!!!!

Of course, i'm upset so I call the Branch Manager --Anna Colture and let me tell you, this lady was very cleatr in the fact that she just didn't care. She got on the phone and didn't know the situation, when I explained it her answer, if you can believe this, was , "So?". Then she went on to tell me that she had used the service in the past and it didn't quite take 30 days. I really couldn't believe I was dealing with such an unprofessional person as one of their managers.

So, where does this stand as of right now? ONEMAIN FINANCIAL 9691 Kenwood Rd, Blue Ash, OH 45242, REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP. Apparently, its now my problem.

I will be filiing a complaint with the attorney generals office and the CFPB. Oh and by the way, they charged me a fee/interest on the $500.00. I'M SURE THE CFPB WILL BE INTERESTED IN THAT.

UNBELIEVABLE.
