Payments which have cleared my bank account have not been posted to my account. This has resulted in over limit status, and late fees. I have faxed front and back copies of my checks as proof of this to no avail. This has happened before.

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened to you. However what is important to know is the posting policy/time for Orchard bank. I have a couple of credit cards that the posting of the payment depends on the method of payment, whether I send a check, I use their website or my bank's website. Also if my credit card account has been overlimit within at any time within the last six months, it takes longer to post my payment. Good luck on this situation.
