On behalf of all the reports written on Orchard Bank I believe report number 155849 hit it home for me. Been a member of Orchard Bank for over 8 years with outstanding payment history, even paying over the amounts from time to time. Called and requested a credit increase and was charged 20.00 plus and additional fee for credit report which I get a free one each year through the national credit agencies.

File against previous merchants and was told to send in necessary documents only to be routed to India to a non-English speaking rep. Who informed me to send it to India. Finally, my rates increased from 18percent to 26 percent.
