OVERNIGHT GENIUS My bank account was charged $71.23 for something I did not buy. Boulder Colorado

After doing a survey on line, it was offered to me a "free of charges" course for the computer. The only thing need it i was for me to pay for shippping and handling. After about two weeks, my credit card was charge for the full amount of the course. When called Overnight Genius to find out as why was I charged, they told me that it was the contract. I told them that I was not aware of any contract and when the product arrived at my house it did not say that I would have to pay for it. It was free of charges after completing a survey and that it was no fair for me to pay for something that I did not agree to buy.

The operator told me to send the product back before June 12 and my money will be refund to my account. Now I have to pay again, for shipping and handling. I paid the first time to have the product delievered to my house and now I have to pay to sent the product back.
The operator told me that he was sorry but I should it had read the contract. I explained to this person that I never see any contract, did not agree to any contract and was not informed about any contract. The offer was very missleading because any place on the survey says that I would have to pay in full for the course.
Now, my credit card is been billed for a product, plus shipping and handling twice.
