P. Scott Lowery, Scott Lowery Law Offices P. Scott Lowery sends out FALSE credit collections Http://www.lowerylawgroup.com/Denver Denver, Colorado

I have very good credit. Last month I received a very official letter from P. Scott Lowery, Scott Lowery Law Offices that said that I owed him $ XX,XXX from a debt through CACH, LLC.

That his law firm is a debt collection agency. I checked my credit report and there is no such information on my credit report!

If you GOOGLE his name and his Law firm you will see that he is a SCAM artist posed as an attorney. If you GOOGLE CACH, LLC, you will see that that company is also a SCAM.

If you check out this RIPOFF REPORT website you will see that there are others who have been frauses by this FAKE.

I am reporting him to the FTC, the IRS, the Attorney General's Office, the BAR, and CNN, hoping that they will do a story and maybe do a suprise visit to his office.

Nevertheless, if we get enough people complaining to the feds, eventially they will do some investigating, and hopefully haul him off in handcuffs in front of the news media.

I'm calling the IRS and the Colorado State BAR on him tomorrow! Hopefully he'll be in jail by Christmas!
