Wow... I actually had a similar experience to the first one posted up here.
I used to work for PMR, and was constantly hasselled into working more hours. They did it differently out here, though- however many "interviews" you managed to arrange over the course of a week would determine your hourly pay... as in, you make minimum wage as a base, and if you schedule 5 appts, your whole week's wages go up by a dollar, or something ridiculous like that. We never got credit for most of the appointments we did set up-- we had to fight them to get the credit we deserved. I was there for one month... I never even received my last paycheck. But I did get the W2 for it! Including the paycheck I never received... so even though it wasn't that much, I still had to declare it.

We the people that got scammed should file a class action low suit agents pacific march vacation, and get money back and take away there calf or LLC corporation, charter, and business license in doing business in California. We must do it fast before they file bankruptcy. Do it fast and freeze there bank accounts?
