Palisade Collection Agency investigation Fox6 news investigative reporter John Mattes exposes Palisade like others exposed on Rip-off Report that sends out collection notices for alleged nonexistent bills threatening to ruin your credit. A collection from Palisade Collections showed up on a recently requested credit report from Experian Credit Reporting Agency. I have never had such an account with AT&T nor have I ever been contacted by said collection agency.

This company has been negatively reporting this collection for over 1 year adversely affecting my credit. A dispute filed with Experian to remove this fraudulent claim was denied and the item remains against my credit.

I have since discovered that there are many others across the country with fraudulent claims made by Palisade Collections as well as a company by the same name in New Jersey. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and am continuing to dispute with the credit reporting agency as well as trying to reach Palisades directly.
