Paretologic Ripoff of products and Unable to get a credit Internet

Do not buy products from this company! Paretologic products are a ripoff and the worst part is that there is no person to contact and no physical address for the company to try to get a refund.

I downloaded the RegCure and the XoftSpySE Anti-Spyware to repair a virus. Neither product worked at all, and I ended up having to purchase a competitors product to repair the problem. I immediately (the next day) tried to contact Paretologic to get a credit back for the 2 purchases. No matter how much I researched the interent, I could not find a telephone number or address for this company. Any telephone numbers listed are not active or working. The only way to contact someone is through email, and all persons remain anonymous.

Ironically, the day AFTER I installed the Paretologic software that didn't work . . my computer showed a message saying my software had expired . .even though the purchase was supposed to be good for a year!

After a month of emails back and forth (to an anonymous email) to try to get a credit, Paretologic finally said that they are not responsible for the merchant system (charges and credits) and I would have to email their merchant provider called Asknet.

Asknet is another faceless, nameless email-only company. Bottom line is that I have not received the promised credit and probably won't for another 2 months if at all.

Do NOT purchase any products from this company . .you will not receive support and there will NEVER be a person to speak to. It's all smoke and mirrors!!
