PARKING TICKET GUYS MICHAEL LOW VERBALLY HARASSED ME, THEN DIDN'T DELIVER WHAT I PAID FOR, STILL WITHOUT PLATES SCARBOROUGH Ontario

A complete scam. Michael Low is the rudest professional I've ever dealt with - no exageration, the RUDEST. I definately think there is a substance abuse issue at hand - Judging by the anger and smell I would say alcohol or pain killers. When I met him he looked like Michael Moore but dirtier with a blazer. Michael is straight up a bad person. His temper is absurd. In one instance he returned a phone call and then went off on me that he couldn't talk because he was driving and I was wasting his time ---- HE CALLED ME! I paid for a service and it was not delivered.

I'd paid Parketing Ticket Guys approximately $100 to fight 10 parking tickets for me (an initial $10 fee per ticket). Everytime I called to follow up (since my emails were not being returned) Michael Low immediately started yelling at me telling me "look, you paid your ******* $10, we'll do what we said we would", I informed him that I infact paid closer to $100 because they were looking after several tickets in which he responded "100 dollars? woohoo, thank you very much!!". I couldn't believe it. He had no idea that my court date was 2 days away and told me "you don't know what the **** you're talking about". By this point I had lost ALL confidence so I decided to attend the court date myself. Michael showed up over an hour late and when he got there he only got my fines reduced to their original amounts (he originally assured me they would be half or less of the original fine - so between his fee and the fines, I'm worse off for calling him). 

This guy is a nightmare, save your hard earned cash. If you want to fight tickets do it yourself. I get that I'm not always right, bad record keeping got me in this mess in the first place and I was in the wrong for parking where I shouldn't. BUT, I paid for a service, I expect the service to be carried out as advertised. If you need info from me such as court dates, copies of tickets, etc, ASK ME....I'm not in this industry, that's why I'm hiring you, to help me. Everytime I called Michael I would be sworn at, literally be called an idiot, and be made to felt stupid for not knowing what the next step is. I'm soooo happy I only lost $100 to Michael, I've read dozens of other posts where people lost much more. I really don't know how he's allowed to opperate.
