I recommend others avoid The Parking Ticket Guys at all cost - you are much better off paying for your ticket!
The Parking Ticket Guys (PTG) claim to offer a guaranteed service that will take care of parking tickets for approximately 50% of the cost of the ticket. These services include: Filing for a court date and appearing in court as a representative of their customer. PTG offers a 100% guarantee that even if they lose in court, they will path the full fine and customers will pay nothing extra.
After receiving an expensive parking ticket I contacted PTG to learn more about their services. After receiving confirmation of their services and 100% guarantee directly from Michael Low, president of PTG, I hired them. I payed for PTG's services using Paypal. I received my "Notice of Trial" in the mail and forwarded a copy directly to Michael. Michael confirmed he received the notice. Last week I received a fine notice in the mail for the same offence. PTG did not even show up to court.
PTG offers a 100% guarantee that if they lose they will pay your fine in full. Michael Low will not return my emails or phone calls. Please learn from my very expensive mistake and avoid this company!!!

I'm excited to inform everyone that the Parking Ticket Guys are back working on my parking ticket. They are in process of refiling for another court date and are standing behind their commitment. It's great to see a company back their promises. I will updated again once this ticket has been taken care of.
