I ordered this fuel pump by telephone and the rep told me the pump was in stock. They then took my money and sent an email later in the day saying my payment had been accepted. I waited for a tracking number to track my order and finally today, (Oct 11) I contacted their "Live Help" and some idiot named Savio keep answering my questions with a question. Finally another idiot named Harry comes online and does the same thing. I am then told the fuel pump is out of stock and I would get a refund in 2 "business days" which usually means about two weeks. We will see. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. NEVER.
