This is a horrible company. I would truely avoid them at all costs.

I purchased a flywheel for a 1971 Firebird. 

They sent one with metric holes that were too small for any american car. 

I played hell and was only able toget a partial refund, They committed fraud and If I lived in Jersey, I would sue them. It is the pronciple. Amateurs should not operate businesses. THese guys are absolutly amteurs. 

THe holes were 12 mm and it takes 1/2" bolts. The center whole is supposed to be 2.75" and they sent one with a little less than 2.5" (it is also meteric)

1. You can not call and talk to anyone. 

2. They force you into an online e-mail systems.

3. You cant even order a replacement part. 

4. They have only anned responses no matter what you write. 

5. They will tell you you didnt order it form them.

6. Then you have to prove you did even tough you gave them the order number. 

7. After begging, getting mad, threatening them, they agree to a refund but you pay the freight and tgen they slap you with a restocking fee when the error is all theirs. 

8. They tell you you can get a refund in 30 days. (like they are actually going to still be in business in 30 days? I doubt it.)

I have been buying 10's of thousands of dollars of a year for many years. I have to say I have never come across a worse company to deal with. 

This company is a complete rip off. 

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
