PC Richards switch your products Moorestown, New Jersey

Bought $5200 in appliances  to get free dishwasher in April I told them delivery would not be for about 6 months they said OK.

When I told them to deliver the items they said they were no longer available but they substituted better appliances my wife agreed I said no. the refrigerator replacement was a floor model they said was like new. When delivered the dishwasher was broke they replaced it but I had to take the one back and pick up the replacement which has button control rather than touch ( I think a cheaper modal). The refrigerator freezer did not seal so the repair was put washers behind the mount to put the draw on a angle so the seal met the door  I told them this was not acceptable and wanted to return the appliances. They refused.

I put $500 down to hold what I picked out but they didn't hold the items. Nor did I get the free dishwasher they didn't tell me it was a rebate program and now the time expired.

The bottom line is if you purchase anything from PC Richards and don't take it with you or you have to exchange an item chances are they discontinued the item and you will get something else.  I think they sell discontinues items.

so I guess I am stuck with a $1899 refrigerator that had a defect from the store that is b*tched up.
