Pearle Vision They are not following state laws. Orange City, Florida

As per my phone call/s to Pearle Vision in Orange City on 07/29/11, my last eye exam was on 12/09.

As per 1800contacts, eye exams for contacts and glasses, are only due every two years

When 1800contacts attempted to call for my script PV refused to release my info.

When I called PV for my own records, they refused to release my info to me and lied about the 2 year rule.

I am entitled to my own records regardless if expired or not, am i correct?

As per HIPPA state laws.

All i want is my contacts refilled. or My own records released to me.
