Penn Foster Penn Foster reporting on my credit report for a debt I do not owe nor recognize Archibald, Pennsylvania

I am 25 years old and USCB Corporation has been reporting on my credit report since I was 18 years old, every year they change the name of of the collection agency and list it on my credit report. They claim I owe $933 to them. I have never had an account with Penn Foster. I have disputed some of the other accounts they have listed on my credit report and they have been deleted, but they claim I set up a high school diploma account with them on (how ironic) on my 18th birthday. This has been on going for 9 years. I have never received a letter or phone call from them, but they keep listing on my credit report. When I have contacted them they refused to send me any information regarding the account on paper, until I mailed them a copy of my driver's license. Which I refused to do without having any documentary of this debt on paper. They have ruined my credit the past couple of years, and I had no knowledge of this by  listing the same debt 3 or 4 times under different names on my credit report.
