Peoplepc after continued attempts to cancel they contined billing my debt card for service Nationwide California

I used peoplepc for about a month and became angry with their performance. So I told them to cancel my service and went to AT&T. They continued to bill my debt card for charges untill I cancelled it. They sent me bills through the mail and turned me over to collection agencies that threatened to sue me.

Today I received an email from them that stated they were in a class action law suit. It stated that if I wanted to receive any money from the settlement they had proposed that I would have to go to their site and fill out something to exclude myself from said settlement. Im sorry but that just does not make any sense. If I excluded myself how would I receive any money?

In their email, they provided me with the names and locations of their attorney but not of the attorney for us consumers. I was hoping that someone here my know who to contact about this.
