PeoplePc is the worst internet service provider in the nation. The introductroy rate for this service is $10.95 for the first three months or so and then goes up to $12.45.

I have my payments set up to be directly withdrawn from my account every month. Everything was going good until 08/07. I was charged $52.35 for my monthly bill and that put my bank account in the neggative, therefor i was charged and insufficiant funds fee also.

I called the customer service the following day and tried to figure out the cause of the bogus amount withdrawn. Every single customer service representative is from another country and does not speak english. HUGE INCONVIENCE!!!! PEOPLEPC SUCKS!!!!

The non-english speaking rep. told me that I was rejecting payments for the month of June, July and August. I denyed the allegations and demanded a refund. I was told that i would be contacted in three to five business days. I never was called back.

After that horrible expericance, I went to my bank to see if they could do something about it. They called the customer service themselves and they told the banker the same thing. In fact, they tired to pull the rejected payment excuse again but we had my statements right in frot of us, and they stated that each month they took out 12.45. SO THEY WERE NOT REJECTED. That rep. said that the money would be refunded by monday, it was thursday.

The next tuesday came around and the money was still not there. So I jouneyed to the bank for the third of fourth time. we called them yet AGAIN, and they said the same exact thing. We demanded a reason other then the so-called rejected payments, but they couldnt give us another reason. in conculsion to that phone call we found the headquarters and gave them a call to get my money back plus the insufficent funds fee.

The banker and I called the headquarters and we were on hold for about fifteen minutes until someone finially answered. However, they referred us to the customer service line, which we refused to call because of the non-english speaking employees and the simple fact that they all say the same thing with no results. after a long conversation with the headquarters they said i would be contacted in no longer then 48 hours, yeah right.

I waited about another week in the hopes that they would call, but they never did. So I went the the bank for the fifth or sixth time. We contacted the headquarters again and they said the same thing, but we refused to hang up untill we got some answers. after all the talking to them the headquarters said i would be called in no longer then 24 hours, that was an even bigger joke. They never called.

To this day i have not recieved a refund for the amount that they took from me plus the insufficent funds fee. PeoplePc is the worst possible isp you can find out there!!! DO NOT EVER USE PEOPLEPC!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE FALSE ALLEGATIONS!! I REPEAT DO NOT EVER EVER USE PEOPLEPC!!
