In brief, I received a telemarketing call at my business and returned the call. I was offered access to market to the Columbia Veterans Administration Employee's Association. As a veteran, I thought I could help by offering discounts of my service by marketing through this firms access to the association.

I was sent documents outlining the agreement including a letter from a board member about the program in which I would be involved.

I returned the agreement and provided credit card information for payment.

Shortly after the call, within an hour, I did research to contact the association to better understand their membership. No such association exists. No board member exists, that I can find.
