Pets Unlimited Rip Off dishonest fraudulent charges Reston Virginia

My nightmare began with this company over 1 year ago. I had cancelled my membership because it was never helpful and I could not get any responses from breeders or sellers. I cancelled my membership in December of 2005. They continued to charge my debit card every month for $25.00. Some months they would debit the money out twice. My bank had refused to refund me my money and would not even file a report about it. I figured I was out $250.00.

March 2007 I had enough of Pets Unlimited. I had called them, chatted online with them and was told that I would receive a refund. No refund came. Now everytime I try to contact them online they disconnect me when they figure out who I am.

I have since contacted the Department of Cable Communication and Consumer Protection in Fairfax County, VA. They have been extremely helpful. Of course, Pets Unlimited has never responded to them, but they gave me the advice on how to go up against the bank and get my money back.

They have since turned my case over to the Criminal Division and the IRS. I hope that eventually this company will be shut down and taught a lesson. Even though I got my money back I don't want to see someone else get ripped off like I did. I'm sure there are alot of us.
